Thank you for using SportConnectGN. Please read these terms carefully before continuing.
1. Purpose
These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SportConnectGN service (website, applications and associated features). By creating an account or using the service, you accept the Terms.
2. Service Description
SportConnectGN offers features built around sport and connecting users with one another (profiles, activities, messaging, etc.). The service evolves; certain features may be in beta or subject to change.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of the Terms or of the law.
4. Conduct and Content
You agree not to harass, threaten or impersonate others, distribute illegal, hateful or unsolicited sexual content, or attempt to compromise the security of the service. You remain the owner of the content you post; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the service.
5. Meetups and Physical Activities
Connections and activities organized through the platform are your responsibility. SportConnectGN is not the organizer of third-party events and does not guarantee the conduct of other users. Take the usual precautions when meeting in person.
6. Intellectual Property
SportConnectGN's trademarks, logos, interfaces and content are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Availability and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect damages, loss of data or service interruption. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you paid for the service over the last twelve months or, failing that, to a reasonable amount set by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The service may integrate connections with third parties (e.g. Google or Apple authentication). Their use is subject to the terms of those third parties.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify the Terms; the update date appears at the bottom of the page. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance where the law permits.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions, the Terms are governed by the applicable law designated by SportConnectGN and disputes will be brought before the competent courts. We first encourage an amicable resolution via contact@sportconnectgn.com.
