Account and login
How do I create an account?
Install the app, then create your account with Google, with Apple on iPhone, or with your email. A confirmation link is sent to you by email.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password": a reset link is sent to you by email.
Can I log in with my username?
Yes, the login screen accepts your email or your username, with your password.
How do I pause my account?
In the app's Settings. Pausing hides your profile; you reactivate it by logging back in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app's Settings, or from the Delete my account page on the site. Erasure becomes permanent after 30 days; if you log back in before then, the deletion is cancelled.
Activities
Do activities cost anything?
No, you join an activity for free, in one tap.
How do I create an activity?
Tap the + button in the Activities tab: sport, date, spots, level, venue and photos.
What is an urgent activity?
An activity that starts within 24 hours and still has spots. It appears in the Urgent tab.
I can't make it any more.
Withdraw from the activity page to free up your spot.
Partners and messages
How does matching work?
The app suggests profiles based on your sports, level, neighbourhood and availability. When the interest is mutual, the conversation opens.
How do I stop appearing in matching?
In your profile, turn off your availability for matching.
How do I report or block someone?
From the conversation or the profile, open the menu and choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Clubs, challenges and tournaments
How do I join a club?
Open Community, then Clubs. Join an open club in one tap, or send a request if membership is on request.
How do I take part in the challenges of the month?
Open Challenges of the month and take on the challenge of your choice. Your workouts count automatically.
How do I register my team for a tournament?
On the tournament page, tap "Register my team": you become captain and the organiser approves the registration.
Data and privacy
Is my phone number visible?
No, it is never shown to other athletes.
Does the app know my location?
Only when you use "Near me" on the map, in the moment, without recording it.
What does the app do with my health data?
It reads it, with your permission, for your stats, and never modifies it. You can remove access at any time.
Can I get my data back?
Yes, from the app's Settings, you can export all your data.
Using the app day to day
Which phones are compatible?
iPhones running iOS 18 or later and phones running Android 8.0 or later.
How do I reduce data use?
Turn on data saver in Settings: lightweight photos, no autoplay for the welcome video, map hidden.
How do I set up notifications?
In Settings, choose what you receive: matches, messages, activities, reminders, weekly recap and missing player.
Is the app available in English?
The app is in French. This website is available in French and English.
